Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Conditions
By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the following booking and cancellation conditions.
The reservation becomes legally binding once it has been confirmed in writing (via email or booking system)
and a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount has been paid.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
- If payment in cash is agreed in advance, the remaining balance may be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellations made 29 to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation by the accommodation provider shall be decisive.
